Lemons
In Lemons, a closely cropped video of the artist in a leopard-print jumpsuit, White squeezes lemons from her unbuttoned neckline and out of pockets, moving with dramatic gestures to push the fruit from the table’s surface. The exaggerated sounds of zippers and bouncing lemons mix with breaking glass, alien sirens, and reverberations, which combine to enhance the absurdity of the scene.
